Your appointment is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received. Once confirmed, your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

An advance payment is required to secure your booking. This ensures that your preferred appointment slot remains reserved.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by RK Mehndi Artist.

4. Appointment Timing

Clients are requested to be available at the scheduled time. Significant delays may affect the duration of the service or require rescheduling based on our appointment schedule.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and comfortable seating arrangement.

6. Mehndi Color Disclaimer

We use premium-quality natural henna. The final color of mehndi depends on factors such as skin type, body temperature, aftercare, application time, and individual body chemistry. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific shade or darkness of the stain.

7. Hygiene & Safety

We maintain high standards of cleanliness and use fresh, natural mehndi ingredients. Clients with sensitive skin or known allergies should inform us before the application begins.

8. Photography & Portfolio

With your permission, photographs of completed mehndi designs may be used on our website, social media platforms, or promotional materials. If you prefer complete privacy, simply let us know before your appointment.

9. Travel Charges

Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our regular service area. Any extra charges will always be discussed before confirming your booking.
